Robert asked all the right questions and quickly figured out what suited us, sent multiple listings for our review, we look at so many houses, he has a lot of patience. Always had the answers to all my questions and if he didn’t he put me in touch with someone who could answer those. Ultimately the right house for us came along and Robert did some great negotiating and got us the house and that was just the beginning. Robert has all the right connections to get everything done, from the inspection, to the lawyer, the environmental company, the deck guy, pool guy, tennis court guy, we had estimates on all that needed to be done so we knew what we were in for.
