Robert came to our home and spent some time getting to know us and our thoughts regarding timelines and pricing. He arranged for photos, which came out quite well, and scheduled several showings and an open house with his colleague Maya. A solid offer was accepted within a couple of weeks. The only issue was logistical because of the Covid situation. We had a good amount of furniture to donate prior to the move. This wasn’t possible due to travel restrictions. Robert negotiated with the buyer to accept the house with the remaining furniture and for them to arrange donations afterward. All good!"
